Created a comprehensive digital marketing brand manual. They had an existing brand manual but it did not detail how they were to present their brand on online platforms. Started with Instagram, since their presence there was disorganized, then moved on to Facebook and Pinterest. Also created a manual for bloggers and a check-list for the marketing team when choosing a blogger or influencer to represent the hotel. Some things the manual covered: post look and feel, editing presets and filter, desired color scheme, caption and hashtag treatment, stories, text in stories and more.
